Returns & Refunds
The BC Shop accepts returns of our products that are being returned in the same form in which they were received. The item/s cannot have not been worn, washed, or damaged in any way, and must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns or give refunds on gift cards. Responsibility of getting the item/s being returned is born by the customer.
If you would like to return or exchange an item or items or have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we’ll be happy to assist you. You’ll hear back from us promptly.
Please email us at email@example.com if you would like to return an item/s and receive a refund. We are happy to guide you through this process. Once an item has been returned to us, undamaged, unused, unwashed or unworn, we will issue a refund with the credit card you used to purchase the item/s.
We issue the refund promptly after the item/s is inspected and approved for a refund based on our return policy guidelines. Refunds can take anywhere from 5 to 14 days to process and appear in your credit card information, how long depends on your credit card company.
Typically they take about 14 days, depending on your bank, from the time we receive the item back in returnable form.
