What information do I need to check out?

You will need your billing and shipping address, and your form of payment we accept handy.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

How do I make a purchase?

Place the items you choose in your cart, go to checkout, and follow the instructions.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do charge Florida sales tax, 7.5%, for Florida residents only.

When will my method of payment be charged?

Your payment will be processed the day your item(s) ship.

Why are there multiple charges on my card for one order?

When you place your order, theBCshop contacts your credit card company to reserve funds for payment. You will see that as a pending charge until your order ships, only then the charge will go through. If you purchased multiple items that will ship separately, you will only be charged for what is shipping each time.

Why is my credit card not working?

If you’re having trouble with your credit card, make sure the billing address you put in matches the address your credit card has on file, and/or bank. Enter the name and number exactly the way you see it on the card. Before you place your order, add the CVV, a 3-digit code found on the back of your card.


What is the status of my order?

Email us! We will respond in a timely manner.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Customers typically receive standard orders within 3-7 business days.

Custom orders 6 to 8 weeks.

How much is shipping?

FREE US shipping (3 day tracked).

*$20.00 Flat rate shipping to Canada. 

Who will be delivering my order?


Will I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope...if you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at your door or with your doorman.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, $20 flat rate shipping will apply. Contact us for other shipping locations.


I received a promotion code, how do I apply it?

Follow the instructions on the checkout page, there is a box to apply your code.


Do you accept returns?

We do, within 30 days of customer receipt, if the item is in the same condition, unworn, unwashed or unused, as the customer received it from us.

What is the status of my refund?

Typically they take about 14 days, depending on your bank, from the time we receive the item back in returnable form.

Gift Cards

How are gift cards sent to recipients?

They are fully automated, sent to the recipient. The recipients are provided a code to apply upon checkout when they order.

Do the gift cards expire?


Are there any fees for gift cards?

No, there are no fees.

Can I return a gift card?


How do I purchase using a gift card?

The same as ordering any other product.
